Sales Manager (hotel industry)
Our partner, who is operating in the hotel sector, is looking for an experienced and proactive Sales Manager to develop and execute sales acitivites within the company.
Develop and execute sales strategies to capture new business
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
Identify and explore new market opportunities and industry trends, by proactive sales, including actively visiting potential companies and clients
Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings to promote the company’s services
Negotiate contracts and close deals, balancing client needs with company objectives
Support with group requests, follow-ups, and the database of quotes/clients
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the best customer service experience Elvárások / Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of proven sales experience in the tourism sector
Academic background in business and/or tourism
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to establish strong relationships with clients
Ability to work under pressure, with a strong results-oriented focus
Excellent computer skills
Excellent level of English (spoken and written); knowledge of other languages is highly valued
Willingness to travel as needed
