Sales Operations Analyst
Sales Operations Analyst Role Purpose: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Sales Operations team as a Sales Operations Analyst. You will support one or more Getronics Regions with a total of between 10 and 15 sales representatives to support, train, audit. You will collaborate with the Managing Director / Sales Director of the respective regions. You will report to the Global Sales Operations Manager to ensure the smooth functioning of our sales processes, analyze sales trends through central dashboards, and contribute to the achievement of sales quotas and targets. The ideal candidate will be adept at producing ad-hoc sales reports, presenting data interpretations, and evaluating the work performance of sales representatives. The person must have excellent stakeholder management capabilities. Responsibilities: Will be the main point of contact for Sales Operations for the UK & NL Will be responsible for the onboarding of the new sales representatives with the training on SaleForce.com, the Sales Incentive Plan and any other sales tool. Monitor and ensure accuracy of the Pipeline KPIs & Data. => coach sales people when required. Support the Managing Director / Sales Director in achieving an accurate booking forecast. Ensure the accuracy of the SalesForce.com data in the region(s), including opportunity validation. Actively contribute to enhancing data quality and finding improvements in data-related processes. Assist in the creation and roll-out of strategic programs to drive efficiency & “unlock easy” for our Sales team, including requirements gathering, functionality research, planning, and implementation support as required. Assist in identifying opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and growth. Stay in sync with the finance department and integrate, analyze, and evaluate sales performance based on predetermined metrics and central reports. Provide ad hoc analyses to sales and marketing teams regarding sales progress and syndicated data updates. Could manage Central projects / topics, for example SalesForce related. Assist in basic troubleshooting, and other tasks required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in business or related field. Proven experience in Sales Operations (3 to 5 years). Proven stakeholder management skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines consistently. Critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning. Demonstrated experience with Salesforce.com and data visualization. Able to perform Business Analysis. Excellent level of Excel usage. Experience on Incentive Compensation Management platform (Varicent, Xactly, SAP, Amalia, Beqom or any other) would be a plus. Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. Competency in other Microsoft applications including Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be comfortable with developing relationships across all levels of the enterprise. Should be able to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluent in English Good level of autonomy
