Sales Operations Analyst (NEW SSC)

We are looking for a motivated Sales Operations Analyst to join our client's newly established team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the sales team by providing data-driven insights, streamlining processes, and optimizing the use of CRM and other sales tools.

Main responsibilities:

Analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights on performance, pipeline, and forecasts.

Track key performance indicators (KPIs) for sales teams.

Maintain and update the CRM system.

Configure CRM workflows and reports to align with business needs.

Train sales teams on CRM best practices and hold regular calls to keep data current.

Recommend enhancements to sales processes and tools.

Monitor and suggest adjustments to sales strategies.

Support sales forecasting and pipeline management efforts.

Analyze deal progress and identify potential risks or opportunities.

Track sales performance.

Manage and implement sales tools, such as CRM and automation software.

Ensure the partner portal is current with accurate documentation and pricing, collaborating with pricing and marketing teams.

Required skills:

Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.

5-10 years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, or a similar role.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.

Proficiency in CRM systems (e. g. , MS D365 Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel or other data analysis tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities.

Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management.

Advantages:

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM).

Familiarity with data visualisation tools (e. g. , Tableau, Power BI).

Knowledge of sales processes and best practices.
