Intersnack has launched Project One, an exciting initiative aimed at transforming and harmonizing business processes across all company units. This program introduces a standardized ERP system—Infor M3—which will replace the current DYNAMICS system to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and ensure consistency across Intersnack’s regions. By adopting advanced ERP technologies, Intersnack aims to enhance collaboration and streamline processes across multiple markets.
Role Objective:
As the Sales Process Lead, you’ll be pivotal in deploying Project One within Hungary’s Sales function, bridging local expertise with CEE regional project standards. This role focuses on aligning sales processes with regulatory standards in Hungary while adhering to the strategic goals of Project One. You will play a hands-on role in ensuring operational readiness, driving user adoption, and leading the change for Hungary’s sales function in transitioning to the new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Sales Process Implementation: Lead the integration of market-to-order processes within the INFOR M3 system, ensuring it aligns with Project One’s objectives.
- Define and Communicate Local Requirements: Gather and communicate Hungary-specific regulatory requirements, bridging any gaps between local practices and Project One standards.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Act as the main point of contact for all Sales-related aspects of Project One in Hungary, facilitating communication across Sales, IT, Finance, and Master Data teams.
- Optimize Sales Processes: Lead improvements in market-to-order processes, including financial conditions, reporting, and forecasting, with an emphasis on automation and alignment with pricing strategies.
- Coordinate Project Tasks: Manage data preparation, migration, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure a smooth implementation.
- Lead Transition and Go-Live: Oversee the transition from legacy systems, managing Go-Live activities to ensure system stability.
- Provide Post-Implementation Support: Offer ongoing support to enhance system stability and improve Sales processes continuously.
- Develop and Deliver Training: Create training materials and provide hands-on training to end-users, ensuring effective ERP adoption.
- Manage Risks and Drive Change: Identify potential risks and apply change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems.
- Engage in Key User Community: Share best practices and drive continuous improvements as part of the Key User Community.
- Analytical Mindset: A data-driven individual who enjoys working with numbers.
- Process Improvement Experience: Proven experience in driving process enhancements, ideally with ERP implementation.
- Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of trading-related financial aspects, such as payment terms and pricing.
- Key Account Management: Previous experience as a Key Account Manager is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Project and Change Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage resources effectively, and support smooth team transitions.
- Clear Communication: Fluent in Hungarian and English, able to convey complex processes clearly across all levels.
- Adaptable and Persuasive: Skilled at fostering team buy-in and encouraging adoption of new systems.
- Detail-Oriented and Proactive: Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to tracking tasks, reporting progress, and resolving issues.
- Flexible and Travel-Ready: Willing to travel up to 60%, primarily between Budapest and the CEE Project One office in Prague, mostly within the first six months.
