Would you like to work closely with our Digital Engineering Team to help develop, configure, and maintain the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform?

Then your place is here with us as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud System specialist based in Budapest MOL Campus.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and configuration of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including email, SMS, push notifications, and automations.

Support testing and deployment of solutions to ensure quality and performance.

Participate in ITSM requests and incident resolution processes.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the platform, ensuring timely issue resolution.

Collaborate with senior specialists and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Stay current with Salesforce Marketing Cloud features and suggest improvements.

Follow agile methodologies and best practices in the digital engineering team.

Requirements:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Marketing, or a related field, Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are a plus.

2+ years of proven experience in preferably Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and configuration. Retail IT domain experience is a plus

Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform

Hands-on experience with Contact Builder, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Content Builder within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Experience with Mobile Studio is an advantage.

Ability to provide technical support and resolve incidents efficiently

Familiarity with agile methodology and collaborating with multiple business units

HTML, CSS OR AMPscript OR SQL OR JavaScript, Atlassian JIRA and Confluence, Microsoft Office Suite

Fluent level of English
