SAP SuccessFactor Inhouse Consultant
Your new company
As a SAP SuccessFactors Inhouse Consultant at the company, you will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing their SAP SuccessFactors solutions, focusing on the modules of Employee Central (including Time and Attendance) and Compensation and Benefits.
Additional experience with Performance and Goals and/or Succession and Development is a plus.
Your expertise in Employee Central and one other modules will lead significant projects that align with our strategic goals to transform and standardize their HR processes and IT landscape.
Your new role
Module Expertise and System Maintenance:
Serve as the subject matter expert for Employee Central, focusing on administration, time and attendance tracking.
Configure and maintain the Performance & Goals and Compensation & Benefits modules, ensuring they align with organizational objectives and HR policies.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot module-specific issues, and ensure system security and data integrity.
Strategic Implementation and Optimization:
Lead the strategic rollout and continuous improvement of the specified modules within SAP SuccessFactors across the organization.
Drive the digitalization and standardization of HR processes particularly related to employee management, performance appraisal, and compensation planning.
Consultation and Project Management:
Collaborate with HR and other departments to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the SAP modules effectively support business needs.
Manage and lead projects related to the enhancement of the SAP SuccessFactors environment, including national and international projects from planning to implementation.
Act as a liaison between HR and IT, ensuring effective communication and alignment of strategies.
Training and User Support:
Develop and provide training for end-users on the functionalities of Employee Central, Performance & Goals, and Compensation & Benefits modules.
Maintain a support network for key users to facilitate ongoing education and problem resolution.
What you'll need to succeed
At least 3-5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors, focusing on the specified modules.
Certification in SAP SuccessFactors highly desirable.
Multinational corporate environment experience is beneficial.
Competencies and skills
Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, particularly Employee Central, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals modules.
Analytical Skills: Strong capability in data analysis and problem-solving to deliver actionable business insights.
Project Management: Extensive experience in HRIS project management, from initiation through to completion.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with all levels of the organization.
Adaptability: Able to quickly respond to changes in technology and business needs in a dynamic environment.
