Responsibilities:

In the development process, guiding the team through continuous improvement

Lead the collaborative planning process for each sprint, helping the team and conduct risk management

Teaching, mentoring and coaching team members and stakeholders about the agile and scrum principles and practises

Work with the Product Manager and team to define the roadmap of the product delivery

The Fit

3–4 years of experience working as a Scrum Master

Experience in project and stakeholder management

Experience in a cross-functional team.

Experience of facilitating, teaching, coaching and mentoring team members

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to think creatively.

Experience with front-end and back-end development

Fluent English skills
