We are seeking a Security Compliance Specialist to oversee and enhance information security assessment processes. You will play a critical role in aligning assessments with organizational and regulatory standards while ensuring quality and consistency.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field;
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in information security, governance, risk management, compliance, or audit roles;
  
• Solid understanding of information security disciplines and frameworks (e. g. , ISO 27001, NIST CSF);
  
• Strong communication skills, including the ability to create and interpret technical documentation;
  
• Familiarity with IT architectures and experience evaluating security aspects of systems;
  
• Exposure to multiple IT or security domains, such as network security, identity management, cloud security, or software development.
  

Desirable competencies

• Hands-on experience in IT or security domains;
  
• Industry certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CCSP) or willingness to obtain one within a year;
  
• Experience working on audits, particularly within large organizations;
  
• Previous exposure to global regulatory environments or experience working in a multinational setting;
  
• Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making processes.
