Our Partner is a leading automotive company in Central and Eastern Europe, specializing in the sale, rental, and servicing of a wide range of vehicles. With a presence in over 14 countries, the group represents globally renowned automotive brands and is committed to delivering innovative mobility solutions. Randstad is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accounting Specialist to join this company's group accounting team. This pivotal role will contribute significantly to the monthly closing process and ensure the accuracy of financial reporting within the organization. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the financial health and transparency of the organization.

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Collaborate with team members in the monthly closing process for the Group.
• Prepare intercompany reconciliations within the Group.
• Prepare documentation for consolidation and IFRS adjustments.
• Post IFRS journal entries into the ERP system.
• Review reporting packages from various components of the organization.
• Support external audit processes.
• Assist with the integration of new subsidiaries.
• Actively cooperate with the accounting teams of subsidiaries.

Elvárások / Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

• You are a certified accountant (Business, IFRS certification is an advantage) OR hold a BSc degree in accounting (BCE, BGE is an advantage).
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in IFRS and/or consolidation; audit experience is a plus.
• You possess strong foundational knowledge of IFRS, local accounting law, and consolidation principles.
• You are proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• You have excellent communication skills in English.
• You demonstrate a strong desire for continuous learning and professional growth.
