Senior Business Analyst (REF3229P)We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst/Requirements Engineer to strengthen our team in implementing a data space platform. Your focus will be gathering and specifying requirements for business process implementation, working closely with EU Commission representatives, software developers, and architects. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage and align requirements in an agile environment, creating user stories in JiraCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical specificationsConduct stakeholder interviews to analyze and document business requirements for data spacesFacilitate meetings and workshops to achieve project objectivesProvide ongoing project support and maintain comprehensive documentation in Jira and ConfluenceEnsure solutions meet specified requirements, working closely with QA teams Qualifications 4+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer with strong knowledge of data spaces (e. g. , Gaia-X, EDC)English proficiencyExperience in regulated, public, or EU-driven environmentsKnowledge of Java, BPMN 2. 0, UML, agile developmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholdersExperience managing requirements analysis in an agile contextExperience with Gitlab, Confluence, Jira Advantages IREB/CPRE certificationGerman language
