• Collaborative approach with a focus on problem-solving;
• Proficient understanding of enterprise software as well as software development methodologies, particularly in frontend and backend integration technologies relevant to the banking sector;
• Familiarity with technologies such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, Spring Boot, Cassandra, SQL, and NoSQL systems, along with both Synchronous and Asynchronous service architectures;
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken, along with fluent Hungarian language skills;
• Proficient in MS Office applications and Atlassian tools;
• Experience and knowledge in business process modeling (BPM);
• Capability to develop clear and precise UML flowcharts, with proficiency in tools like Draw. io, Visio, PlantUML, as well as designing REST APIs in OpenAPI, managing queues (Kafka is an asset), and drafting interface specifications;
• Experience working in Agile environments.
