Our mission: Together with our customer, shaping the safest, easiest and most efficient transformation to a digitized and cloud-native future.   Your Tasks As a "Customer Success Engineer  Public Cloud" you understand the latest developments in cloud and container technologies. You will work at times with Open Telekom Cloud customers to develop business applications or to deliver Open Telekom Cloud-focused workshops.   Do you like? Develop and enhance customer cloud-based business applicationsPlan and execute technical workshops at our customers' sites. Work in a team of specialists where everyone helps each other in an open and trusting manner. Be a trusted advisor for OpenStack-based public cloud technology. Consistently automate using common automation frameworks. Work at the console without reservations and get your hands "dirty".   Your Profile Completed studies in a technical, engineering or scientific subject or comparable professional training. 3-5 years of professional experience in IT with a focus on modern cloud technologiesVery good knowledge cloud and container architectures. Experience in infrastructure automationAbility to assess technical solutions and come up with creative approachesPractice in technical expert workshops and/or technical customer consulting. High level of customer orientationMentoring and presentation skillsFluency in written and spoken English. It is nice if you have:knowledge of agile development processes. OpenStack and programming experience in open source projects are a plus. You will be working in the European Union to meet our customers' data security and privacy requirements.
