Main responsibilities:

Collaborate with Credit Risk DevOps Manager, Tech Leads, and QA teams to design and execute test scenarios, aiming to automate where possible

Work with global teams (BAs, QAs, Developers) to ensure efficient delivery by following change management processes and Agile practices (Kanban, scrums, retrospectives)

Help standardize solutions by identifying common issues across business groups and converting business requirements into project test scenarios

Coordinate with Scrum Master, Product Owner, and team members to address test coverage, triage failures, and resolve production issues

Maintain project backlogs, generate test reports, and ensure the use of security and safety practices in all processes

Required skills:

5+ years of experience in solution design and implementation using languages like. NET, Python, and Databricks, with strong skills in database design, data modeling, and querying (PostgreSQL/SQL Server)

Proficient in cloud computing platforms (AWS/Azure) and microservices/serverless architecture, with hands-on experience in Unix/Linux environments, Docker, and Kubernetes

Experienced in continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Azure DevOps and Git, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and testing abilities

Strong communication skills, with practical experience creating mock-up screens, and data flow diagrams, and building user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like Angular

Proven ability to manage end-to-end project lifecycles, adapt to technical and business changes, and support large-scale IT environments with multiple technologies
