• Collaborate with teams globally to identify and fulfill learning needs
• Support strategic projects within our Learning Center
• Conduct needs assessments and provide expert advice on e-learning content
• Develop and organize e-learning modules using our digital tools
• Source and manage visual content, ensuring high-quality production
• Test e-learning products thoroughly for quality assurance
• Edit videos, create scripts, record audio, produce animations, and add subtitles
• Update and maintain e-learning content, manage translations with external vendors
• Continuously enhance e-learning services, keeping up with market trends
• Develop and maintain VR training programs and integrate them with SAP systems

• 4-5 years of experience in digital/e-learning development
• Degree in graphic design, business, HR, or a related field
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools and e-learning software (e. g. , Articulate Rise360, Storyline360, Vyond or any other kind of video creation program)
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, VR video production, and gamification techniques is a plus
• Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and engaging multimedia content
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
