We are looking for a dynamic Digital Learning Specialist to create and manage engaging virtual learning experiences. This role requires staying updated with the latest digital learning technologies and trends to ensure our training programs are top-notch. Key Duties:

Collaborate with teams globally to identify and fulfill learning needs

Support strategic projects within our Learning Center

Conduct needs assessments and provide expert advice on e-learning content

Develop and organize e-learning modules using our digital tools

Source and manage visual content, ensuring high-quality production

Test e-learning products thoroughly for quality assurance

Edit videos, create scripts, record audio, produce animations, and add subtitles

Update and maintain e-learning content, manage translations with external vendors

Continuously enhance e-learning services, keeping up with market trends

Develop and maintain VR training programs and integrate them with SAP systems

Requirements:

4-5 years of experience in digital/e-learning development

Degree in graphic design, business, HR, or a related field

Strong understanding of instructional design principles

Proficiency in Microsoft tools and e-learning software (e. g. , Articulate Rise360, Storyline360, Vyond or any other kind of video creation program)

Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, VR video production, and gamification techniques is a plus

Project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Creative mindset with attention to detail and engaging multimedia content

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
