Job Purpose:
To perform and coordinate daily environmental tasks, ensure compliance with authorities. Ensure the company’s compliance with occupational and fire safety regulations. Conduct preventive, advisory professional activities in the field of fire and occupational safety. Participate in defining and supervising the implementation of the company’s fire and occupational safety regulations, and monitor compliance with official regulations.
,- Develop environmental regulations.
- Ensure legal compliance, follow environmental legislative changes.
- Regularly report to management on environmental performance indicators, sustainability projects, and their progress, and take action within your authority to achieve goals.
- Coordinate hazardous waste and waste management within the company.
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Perform tasks prescribed in the Integrated Management System (IMS and EMS) to the best of your ability. Participate in HR communication as needed.
- Develop occupational safety regulations.
- Investigate work accidents and incidents, and perform related administrative tasks.
- Ensure compliance with occupational safety regulations for the commissioning of new or transferred machines and equipment.
- Monitor fire and occupational safety regulations.
- Define, ensure, maintain, and inspect fire safety equipment.
- Conduct risk assessments and participate in evaluations.
- Maintain documentation and records related to your job.
- Maintain continuous contact with other departments and authorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering and Occupational Safety Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the EHS field.
- Fire Safety Specialist qualification.
- Proficient in English at a communication level.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Internal auditor qualification for MEBIR is an advantage.
- Product fee administrator is an advantage.
