Key Responsibilities:

• Technical support of the sales department in questions of external manufacturing and the corresponding master data
• Communication with suppliers and internal departments
• Disposition of components and final articles including the preparation of the necessary orders as well as the monitoring of deadlines
• Master activities for the dispatch of third-party confection articles
• Supervision of the external confectioners/suppliers and support of the inventories at the confectioners/suppliers
• Complaint handling
• Analysis, maintenance and cleansing of master data (basis for complete external production) as well as the creation for new articel items
• Determination and naming of requirements for IT system solutions for the specialist department
• Contact person for questions and tenders on the subject for external assembly and logistics ("local" SCM contact person)
• Compliance with the HSE principles for outsourced processes

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree (economical)
• 5 to 7 years of experience
• SAP experience
• High level of English
• Fluent German

The Supervisor External Fabrication plans and supports the optimisation and centralisation of external fabrication processes and the central handling of all
external fabrication processes (in the market area EMEA) in order to minimise errors and rationalise and create synergy effects.
