This role is within a global facility management company operating in over 30 countries, serving more than 40, 000 clients. The company offers cleaning, catering, technical services, and security solutions, focusing on enhancing workplace experiences and sustainable practices. The Senior Financial Controller will play a key role in shaping the company's financial strategy and ensuring financial health.

Support the budget and forecast processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.

Coordinate monthly and yearly closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.

Execute cost and price calculations for strategic decision-making, supporting pricing strategies and profitability analysis.

Prepare regular and ad-hoc financial reports, providing clear and concise financial information to stakeholders.

Collaborate with other departments (operations, sales, etc. ) to optimize financial processes and improve efficiency.

Manage a key account's financial needs, ensuring accurate reporting and timely payment.

Contribute to the development and implementation of the company's overall financial strategy. Elvárások / Requirements

We're looking for you, if:

You have 3-4 years' experience in a similar financial role within a multinational corporation.

You have a college/university degree, preferably in Finance/Accounting.

You possess strong reporting skills and demonstrate impeccable accuracy with financial data and a keen eye for detail.

You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve financial issues effectively.

You possess effective communication skills, both written and verbal, enabling clear and concise communication with colleagues and stakeholders.

You are fluent in Hungarian and English.

Experience in the staffing industry is advantageous.
