Your role will be to further develop our distribution ensuring a positive customer order Fulfillment process. In this role you are expected to run daily operations while being detail oriented. You engage in planning & continuous improvement activities. You will have ownership of your own domain within the customer fulfilment process and you stay cool and professional in escalated situations. This role is an ideal step to becoming a supply chain professional with lots of room for personal development and initiatives. You will report to the Head of Customer Fulfillment EMEA.   The Job: Manage the daily operations together with other team membersMonitor performance, communicate with internal customers and resolve any issuesFollow established fulfilment processes internally and externallyOwn your own domain within the customer fulfilment team task overviewManage and create system records for inbound and outbound product flow, engage in planning activitiesManage inventory management, cycle counting, and inventory accuracy effortsFollow up on customer complaints and RMA’sSupport our customer teams to provide best-in-class serviceMonitor and manage global and regional transportation activitiesCreate, defend, develop and implement your own strategic initiatives for continuous improvementCollect data for strategic decision-making & business case/projectsWorking with internal and external stakeholders in order to drive improvements  You: Have a passion for operations, warehousing or transportationUnderstand freight shipping and logisticsHave an ability to work with cross-functional teams to get resultsCan create a positive customer experience while maintaining efficiencyAre driven to take an extra step to ensure customer satisfactionAre flexible to work with colleagues in different timezonesAre proficient in spreadsheet and database usageAre comfortable multitasking and managing competing prioritiesHave strong organizational skills and an eye for detailCommunicate on a professional level in EnglishAre ambitious to become a supply chain professionalHave 1-2 years of relevant work experience in direct supply chain or similar  Bonus Skills: Have a master's in a related field from a highly reputable universityExperience in working with or for a third-party logistics providerFamiliarity with enterprise resource planning systemsExperience in Finance and/or AccountingExperience with LTL freight shippingData processing/visualizationFamiliarity with Google SuiteAbility to speak any other European languagePassion for 3D printing and emerging technologiesExperience in rapidly-growing startup environments  We Offer: On-site lunch 3x a weekPrivate health insurance with MedicoverShares in the companyFree beverages and snacks at the officeUnlimited 3D printsA monthly or quarterly public transportation passAn inclusive, dog-friendly office with diverse and inspiring colleaguesDevelopment opportunities both in-house and off-siteFun team events
