As a Senior Fullstack Developer/Tech Lead, you will be at the forefront of our technical initiatives, driving the architectural design and end-to-end implementation of our software products. You will play a key role in building and mentoring a skilled development team, promoting best practices, and ensuring the seamless integration of modern web technologies and AI APIs. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders will be essential in aligning project goals and prioritizing features. • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Strong proficiency in modern web development stack both frontend and backend
• Experience with at least one of the cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Familiarity with API design (REST, GraphQL) and API First approaches.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding and experience with DevOps best practices and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with services like ChatGPT, Github Copilot and understanding how to leverage AI technology to accelerate development.

Nice to Have:

• DevOps experience to ensure continuous integration and deployment.
• Familiarity with AI and Machine Learning tools and frameworks.
• Experience with open source projects
