As a Controller, you’ll help find new, innovative ways to control sales and operating expenses. The team is heavily focused on transformation, so there will be lots of opportunities for you to improve processes and implement best-in-class ways of working. Main responsibilities Calculate Industrial standard costs per Group Methods & procedures and monitor Industrial KPIs to meet objectives. Deliver accurate reporting and meaningful variance analysis (Absorption, Yield, Destruction). Propose and implement continuous improvement and process simplification opportunities. Work effectively across multiple systems (SAP, Boost, Power BI, etc. ) and increase financial and business acumen. Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and production to build forecast requirements (Budget, T1/T2, rolling forecast). Support finance transformation initiatives, ensuring compliance with SOX and internal controls. Build strong partnerships with Finance Business Partners, promote best practice sharing, and develop a positive, inclusive team atmosphere. About you 3+ years of experience in a diversified financial controlling or accounting Soft skills:Build partnerships across business levels, influencing and shaping decisions. High attention to detail, quality, and ability to operate under pressure and strict deadlines. Lead through influence with strong organization skills to manage multiple projects. Develop rapport and credibility with stakeholders, working effectively across international work streams. Adaptable in a complex matrix environment and act as a change agent to propose and drive changes. ​​Technical skills:Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, V-lookups, macros, and data downloads. Demonstrated ethical behavior in challenging situations and strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail and strategic thinking. Excellent written and oral communication skills, with proven experience working across multiple internal stakeholders. Technology savvy, business-oriented, and agile learner, capable of working in multiple systems and tools. Solid grasp of evolving Sanofi technology platforms, processes, and controls, including SAGA. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required Preffered: MBA and/or CPAPharmaceutical and public accounting experienceCommercial Finance and Gross to NetTM1 and SAP experience Why choose us?
