Senior International Mobility Partner
Purpose of the position:
As a Senior International Mobility Partner at MOL Group, your role will involve providing support to HR Partners and business units regarding various forms of international assignments, in line with MOL Group's International Mobility Policy. You will manage the daily administrative tasks for international assignees and localized employees classified as HAY 23 or above. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for these employees, ensuring their needs are met throughout their international assignment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review the compensation proposals prepared by fellow IMM Partner colleagues.
Handle the administrative tasks related to international assignees and localized employees (HAY 23 or above) during their assignments, following internal policies and compliance standards.
Maintain daily communication with HR Partners across MOL Group’s global locations in English, both written and verbal.
Prepare and share compensation package proposals, guidelines, assignment contracts, and notifications from external service providers in line with the International Mobility Policy.
Communicate with companies contracted for international mobility management, ensuring adherence to the MOL Group's International Mobility Policy and agreements.
Manage expense claims for international employees and ensure timely payments.
Collaborate with International Mobility experts to suggest process improvements for international employment procedures.
Support the ongoing update and development of the IMM tool.
Requirements:
Education: bachelor’s degree (preferred in Economics, Law or HR).
Experience: minimum 3 years of experience in international employment or mobility.
Knowledge: familiarity with social security, labor law, and immigration regulations related to international employment.
Skills:
Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, and Internet.
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong communication skills.
Excellent Hungarian language skills.
Strong problem-solving and business awareness.
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Goal-oriented and structured thinking.
Strong collaboration skills and experience in teamwork.
Ability to handle complex processes with a systematic approach.
