Responsibilities:

Lead different strategical IT projects in MOL Group which is the pillar of our 2030 and 2050 Group level Strategy

Responsible for delivering projects in alignment with business requirements and within defined budget framework and timeline, responsible to manage and control project scope

Lead project teams from internal IT, business, and external partners side

Coordinate and drive decision making process and involve senior and top-level management in relevant decision making

Follow up implementation results, provides inputs for internal resource and external vendor performance evaluation and propose new or enhanced processes and procedures

Be active member of the IT PM community and contribute to achieve the goals of the newly established and fast growing Circular Economy Services

Requirements:

University/College degree

3-5+ years relevant experience in project work and/or IT area

Fluent in English, both verbal and written

Structured thinking and analytical skills

Result orientation, effective time and task management

The ability and willingness to learn quickly and apply new knowledge and skills,

Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

International PM Certificate is an advantage

Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and implementations are advantage
