Our multinational Partner is looking for an experienced colleague for the position below:
Support local operations management team and serve the whole project to realize business targets;
Be responsible for the set-up of production support system in Hungary, ensure that all operational indicators of the KPI goals are achieved;
Be responsible for several responsibilities in the Production area, including employee training system, headcount and operation budgeting and cost control, manpower planning, KPI management, employee caring system, smart factory establishment;
Support customer audits;
Assist in various duties to project management team and operations director.
