We're seeking an experienced individual who thrives on managing multiple projects and clients, collaborating with management and department leaders to develop, maintain, and implement projects that drive the relentless growth of our clients

Ideally, You Will Also Have:

• 7+ years of project management experience, preferably in marketing, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously from conception to completion.
• Experience in an agency or start-up/scale-up setting.
• Experience managing projects in a remote setting.
• Experience in leading 10+ clients
• Experience in the Web3 space will be a plus.
• Swift and effective responsiveness to clients' needs and issues.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in strong oral and written communication skills in English.
• Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively.
• Lead project management from initiation through closure by defining project scope, documenting project briefs, developing detailed project plans, hosting kickoff calls, facilitating team stand-ups, and mitigating scope creep.
• Proactively manage project timelines and compile data-driven project status reports to provide transparency of project progress towards goals.

, [Provide end-to-end project management for multiple and diverse clients. , Collaborate with the internal teams to navigate, sync, and implement projects and clients' requirements. , Communicate with the team and ensure all members are up to date with delegated tasks. , Manage communications for assigned projects, including status reports and one-on-one meetings. , Manage communications with the client and the internal team.
