- Salary: 30000-38000 PLN monthly on B2B, negotiable based on your experience and expertise.
- Location: 100% remote, never going to be hybrid/on-site

Core Skills (5+ years):
- Strong proficiency in Python for software design, development, and packaging, with experience in product development
- Experience developing, testing, and maintaining Python APIs
- Proven experience solving problems in enterprise real-time distributed systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
Additional Skills (2+ years):
- Proficiency with AWS command-line interface (CLI)
- Familiarity with front-office capital markets, financial software, or trading systems
Nice-to-Haves:
- Understanding of network protocols such as FIX Protocol, TCP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, WebSocket, Protobuf, or Flatbuffers
- Experience with one or more of Java, JavaScript, C#, or C++
- Hands-on experience with DevOps tools, GitLab CI/CD and containerization technologies like Docker
- Understanding of OAuth 2. 0 authentication protocols
- Experience with secrets management solutions like HashiCorp Vault
Required Education:
- Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a directly related field.
