Be part of THE story! Build Your Dreams with Us!, BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Senior International Recruiter to join our central Overseas HR team. This role involves recruiting for both white collar positions, such as IT and EHS engineering, and blue collar roles focused on industrial and skilled trades. The ideal candidate will have the ability to develop comprehensive recruitment strategies and build effective relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both white collar and blue collar positions.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and define recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through various channels including online platforms, contingency agencies, and community networks.
- Evaluate and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as recruitment agencies and staffing firms.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
- Have good communication skills in English and Hungarian.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting for both white collar and blue collar roles.
- Familiarity with recruitment processes in a multinational environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Strategic thinking.
- Project management skills.
- Experience working with contingency staffing agencies is a plus.
