Senior Scrum Master
Our partner is a well-known brand in the aviation industry. The team in Budapest – which was founded 2 years ago - is rapidly growing, hence we are seeking our next colleagues to join as Senior Scrum Master.
You would be the pioneer Scrum Master in Budapest, and you will partner with other SMs from other countries. It is essential that you have the ability to build a good rapport with cross-country teams and have fluency in English language.
You would be the perfect fit for this role if you meet the following criteria:
- Fluency in English language, both spoken & written;
- A minimum of 5 years of experience purely as a Scrum Master – ideally, not combined with Product Owner duties, as it is a different role in our case;
- You are trained in various Agile working methods and coaching skills
- You are capable to inspire, motivate, coach people to adapt to the new organisational set-up and towards the new way of working.
- You are capable to support & coach the team or teams in handling difficult situations.
- You are able to stimulate teams with an Agile mindset & values and challenge the business platform and organisation on behaviour and processes not in line with the principles.
- You have the drive to ensure continuous improvement on team, individual and platform level.
- You organise collaboration, identify, and execute interventions across the teams.
- Preferably you have IT knowledge, education, or experience in Software development.
