As a service bid manager, you will collaboratewith our regional and global sales teams to understand the competitivelandscape, customer requirements and market conditions and prepare service bidsfor the Siemens process control system Omnivise T3000 accordingly. You willcontinuously work to build relationships with internal and externalstakeholders.

How You’ll Make anImpact
● Preparation of Technical and Commercial serviceproposals
● Provide administrative, technical andcommercial support to Sales team
● Work to create and develop scope of proposalstogether with other departments and entities.
● Request and receive pricing from affiliatevendors to support proposals
● Engagement and collaboration with otherdepartments and entities to handle orders
● Participate in process improvement activities
● To always represent the organization in aprofessional manner, both internally and externally
● To follow the published processes and complywith all company policies and procedures
What You Bring
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration orrelated.
● Knowledge of process control systems preferablySiemens Energy Omnivise T3000
● Working knowledge of sales cycles and processes
● Previous Experience with complex tendercompilation/preparation
● Strong Business Acumen and Commercial sense
● Experience of MS Office (Word, Excel andPowerPoint, Access) is essential
● Methodical with a high level of attention todetail
● Strong work ethic and commitment to succeed
● Good interpersonal skills and a strong teamplayer
● Effective communication skills
● It is preferred to have experience of workingin a Sales team
● Experience in working with Sales calculations
