Air Conditioning Service Operations Engineer

to manage and oversee the daily operations of our HVAC systems, focusing on VRV technologies. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality service delivery, customer satisfaction, and contribute to business growth through service revenue generation. This role involves complaint management, team coordination, technical training, and fostering strong partnerships. ,

• Proven expertise in VRV systems service operations.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in training and mentoring technical staff.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and service partners.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B).
• Proficiency in English (Intermediate or Advanced) and fluency in Hungarian.

• Familiarity with AutoCAD software.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
