Main responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate supplier activities, ensuring compliance with agreed-upon terms and service levels

Review vendor performance and data, track and report monthly KPIs for EMEA operations reviews

Create strategies and project plans for the new vendor service program

Onboard and offboard service suppliers, implement new service contracts

Handle contract management, from negotiation support to renewals and amendments

Identify and resolve any service-related issues promptly, maintaining excellent supplier relationships

Required skills:

College degree in Business or equivalent experience

Experience with internal and external customer interactions

2+ years of experience in operations delivery or product delivery

Confident user level of Excel, SAP

Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with stakeholders

Advantages:
