• Design FTTX network infrastructure and optimize fiber routes. Conduct site surveys and create detailed design documentation (site layouts, fiber paths, schematics).
• Oversee FTTX network deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Collaborate with construction teams for integration and review engineering drawings for compliance.
• Provide technical assistance during installation and commissioning. Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues, ensuring correct implementation of FTTX solutions.
• Maintain detailed records of designs, network schematics, and modifications. Prepare project progress reports and ensure accurate documentation of fiber optic routes.
• Work with cross-functional teams (engineers, construction, project managers) to ensure project success. Communicate with customers and vendors to address technical needs and challenges.
• Ensure designs meet technical, safety, and regulatory standards. Conduct quality checks throughout the project lifecycle to ensure design integrity.
• Stay updated on FTTX and fiber optic industry trends. Suggest improvements to design processes to enhance efficiency and performance.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of telecommunications, particularly optical fiber technologies, equipment, and network configurations (preferred).
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in Hungarian, both written and spoken.
• Proficiency in design software such as GIS and/or CAD tools (e. g. , AutoCAD, QGIS, ArcGIS).
• Competence in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes as required.

• Experience with GIS or CAD software (e. g. , AutoCAD, QGIS, ArcGIS).
• Knowledge of FTTX network technologies and equipment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Previous experience working in cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle customer communications and provide technical support.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
