- Design and plan site infrastructure, ensuring efficient placement of structures, equipment, and utilities, using Revit for detailed layouts and building designs.
- Develop and manage 3D models, integrating architectural, structural, and MEP components, and ensure all designs align with client specifications.
- Generate construction documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and details, ensuring compliance with local codes and industry standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless integration of all design elements, resolving any conflicts during the process.
- Provide technical support during design, implementation, and construction phases, ensuring design integrity and quality.
- Review and verify designs for accuracy, constructability, and compliance with client requirements.
- Regularly update project documentation, keeping all stakeholders informed about progress and adjustments.
- Stay current on Revit updates and industry best practices, recommending process improvements to enhance efficiency and project outcomes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of telecommunications, including radio networks (experience with fixed networks is a plus), equipment, technologies, and network configurations.
- Proven experience in technical site solutions and design activities within the telecommunications industry.
- Solid understanding of civil engineering, including metallic structures, concrete works, and the ability to interpret structural calculation reports.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Dutch (both written and spoken) is advantageous.
- Advanced proficiency in 2D and 3D design software, specifically AutoCAD and Revit.
- Familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Quick learner with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Open-minded and adaptable to new ideas and approaches.
