At our factory in Jászfényszaru, we manufacture the most advanced electromechanical steering systems in the automotive industry. Tasks / Feladatok
Partnering with the leadership team within the plant by providing a full range of Human Resources support, including, but not limited to recruitment, learning and development, talent management, performance management, employee relations, benefits, administration and compliance
Act as a partner to the departments by embedding and enhancing corporate HR strategy and providing professional HR guidance and support to internal client groups with the objective of adding value to the company
Be a strategic partner with a mindset and ability to earn respect and trust of leaders across
Partner with site and/or functional leadership to determine key people priorities and deliver solutions to ensure the organization capability, structure and culture are in place to drive the achievement of business goals
Provide expert, well-reasoned and flexible HR advice and ensure that all people activities and processes are managed in line with the company's policy and local regulations and standards
Build relationships with impact and based on mutual respect with the Managers and being a strategical partner for them
Improve and control the payroll processes and labour law related activities. Maintain employee master data in various systems
Prepare and coordinate HR documents (work contracts, contract modifications, reference letters, etc. ) and standard / ad-hoc reports
Continuous follow-up and improvement on KPIs
Initiate and execute HR projects and coordinate audits preparations

University or college degree
At least 8+ years relevant experience
High level English skill is required (German language knowledge is an advantage)
Good IT skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Success-oriented, independent thinking
Team-worker ability
