Our Partner, a market leader Automotive Supplier in the Area of Miskolc is looking for an Site service engineer, who will be responsible for the following tasks:

Coordination of works carried out by subcontractors on the basis of concluded contracts and orders, min. in order to:

Gates, barriers, turnstiles service

Mechanical system operation (HVAC, AC, cooling systems)

Mechanical system maintenance

Soft service of building (e. g. furnitures, devices for office)

Completion of OT documents (technical acceptance)

Preparation and updating of contracts with subcontractors and supervising their proper implementation.

Supervision of the archive of documentation,

Cleaning service

Security service

Pet prevention

Vending machines

Providing up-to-date documentation for facilities (documenting changes; availability of operating and operating instructions etc. ) Elvárások / Requirements

Minimum one year of work in a technical department with similar responsibilities

Medium or higher education

Communicative knowledge of English

Knowledge of standards and regulations in the field of infrastructure management (Construction Law, ISO 50001, ISO45001, ISO14001)
