Within your role you act as an Application Support Engineer for PLM applications (Product Lifecycle Management):

Provide technical support and issue resolution for users of PLM applications.

Perform incident management, troubleshooting for application-related issues.

Monitor application performance, ensuring service levels

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to identify and implement enhancements, bug fixes, and upgrades.

Assist with system testing, implementation and deployment of new features and patches.

Support user training and create knowledge base articles for common issues and resolutions.

As part of your role you closely interact with the business departments, understand their business processes and provide key user support Requirements / Elvárások

Successfully completed computer science studies (Master, Bachelor or comparable) or equivalent working experience.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, proactivity
