Lead and inspire a team of around 20 software developers, test engineers, architects and supporters
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement
Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team members
Build up effective and state of the art organization within your team. Foster agile methodology
Oversee the end-to-end life-cycle a business applications for internal company usage, from design to deployment
Collaborate with functional business areas to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs
Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
Establish strong relationships with stakeholders in functional areas and production plants
Collaborate with other department leaders to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, facilitating effective communication
Implement robust testing processes to ensure the reliability and quality of the application
Develop and enforce coding standards and best practices
Oversee the maintenance and enhancement of existing application
Stay abreast of IT industry trends and advancements in technology, preferably in cloud computing, React, Java, NodeTS, microservices, and Cloud Foundry
Provide technical guidance to the team and ensure the adoption of best practices in software development Requirements / Elvárások
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience in leading and managing software development teams
Strong people management skills and experience
Experinece with production companies is an advantage
Strong technical background. Expertise in cloud technologies, React, Java, NodeTS, microservices, and Cloud Foundry are an advantage
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
