We're looking for Software Engineers to join our AI Innovation team, where they will build the future of education by developing intelligent, LLM-powered features in our products. This team will work on innovative projects that use AI to save teachers time and improve student outcomes, all while maintaining our commitment to security, privacy, and ethical use of AI.

• Strong prior experience on full-stack development teams;
• Experience with multiple programming languages and the ability to quickly move between multiple technology stacks;
• Understanding of large language models and their application. Past hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and related technologies is highly valued;
• Demonstrated ability to own complex features and to drive technical decisions;
• Experience building and deploying systems at scale;
• Strong collaboration skills and past experience working on cross-functional teams;
• Passion for innovation and comfort with uncertainty and rapidly changing landscapes;
• Experience with educational technology a plus.
