WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE:

Participates in coordinating IT Application Development activities in alignment with MOL Group’s strategy and business requirements. Contributes to IT development projects in alignment with the IT strategy and perform IT development tasks to ensure the satisfaction of internal business stakeholders, employees and users of IT systems and infrastructure. WHAT WOULD BE YOUR DAILY TASK:

You will:

Participating the execution of MOL Group business, functional and IT strategy in their department, focusing on areas performing core business functions.

Oversees IT development processes, projects in their area from IT architecture perspective.

Participate high-level architecture design of IT systems supporting the operation of MOL Group

Participate quality assurance solution design, implementation activities

Participate building application-level technical policies and standards to drive alignment within development team, in line with Enterprise Architecture principles, policies and standards.

Participates in the evaluation of suppliers involved in application development or introduction, occasionally leads workgroups performing these activities.

Works closely with Team Leader/Lead Developer Expert/Application Architect and performs the tasks assigned as per agreed deadlines, quality and scope

Follows guidance from Team Leader/Lead Developer Expert/Application Architect and more experienced team members to ensure continuous development

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR YOUR BACKGROUND: Your Background: University / college degree in Computer Science, Engineering (finished/finishing studies between 2024-2026), Your Personality is equipped with ability of excellent individual / interpersonal management skills with structural thinking and analysis approach Team Player: Believe that teamwork and collaboration make the community strong. Language Skills: Fluent in English; proficiency in any other language is an advantage. Tech Savvy: General hardware and software knowledge, interest in new technologies.
