Tasks & Involvements:

Providing high quality and personalized treatments and service

Following hotel protocols and participate on trainings

Promoting treatments and recommending products and services

Maintaining detailed records of massages, treatments, and therapies performed

Consulting guests' medical conditions and allergies before providing spa services, and communicating with guests during massages to adjust massage techniques as required

Resolving guest complaints and reporting any accidents to the supervisor

Cleaning and sanitizing work areas, changing treatment room sheets, and sterilizing all instruments and equipment before each use

Explaining massages, treatments, and therapies to guests and providing suitable recommendations as needed

Ensuring that the spa is adequately stocked with spa supplies

The Ideal Candidate:

At least 1 year of relevant professional experience

Professional qualification is a must

Proficient command of English

ESPA certification and previous hotel experience is an advantage

High level of guest service skills

Professional self & corporate representation
