Feladatok:

Support the sales team by working with different departments to ensure top-quality service for clients.

Help gather and organize client information, respond to requests, and assist with research.

Assist with client due diligence by collaborating with other support teams.

Contribute to business development projects, including creating and formatting custom reports.

Work with product specialists to help answer client questions and provide analysis.

Support relationship managers by preparing follow-ups after meetings, providing additional information, and running data analysis.

Create content and presentations for client meetings and ensure they meet company guidelines.

Collaborate with the automation and reporting teams to improve processes and enhance reporting quality.

Test and improve AI tools to automate tasks and make workflows more efficient.

Work closely with local sales teams in Italy, Malta, Greece, Portugal, Spain.

Handle requests related to investment products for individual investors.

Coordinate with different teams to support their work.

Engage with clients and attend industry events.

Elvárások:

The position is open for applicants with active or passive student status

Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Economics or any related field

Fluency in written and spoken English is essential

At least intermediate Spanish knowledge

Knowledge of MS Office tools (especially PowerPoint)
