Job summary:

Be the go-to person for all Employee and Manager HR requests as first point of contact to solve respective inquiries across the DACH region

Support the development of Employee and Manager services standards, processes and policies to provide a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience

Contribute actively in HR projects and engage in the further development of HR-relevant structures/processes

Identify improvement potential within your area of responsibility and drive the implementation of respective improvement processes

Document process changes and actively communicate it to all affected interfaces

Ensure a degree of standardization, harmonization and best practice sharing within HR SCE

Requirements:

1-2 years’ work experience in providing high-quality customer services regarding HR administration

Fluent in English & German

Administrative and advanced computer skills

Completed studies in business administration or a comparable degree

Experience with SAP SFEC and ServiceNow beneficial

Focus on quality management, full attention to details and strong customer orientation

Enjoying to work in an international environment and in teams with a mindset of thinking global and acting local
