ServiceNow Consultant is responsible for the implementation and customization of the ServiceNow  platform - configuring and coding. Consultant implements solutions for enterprise customers based on  ServiceNow platform covering IT and business domains like ITSM, ITOM, HR and many others.

Intensive onboarding/training program for ServiceNow Consultants 

Our goal is to prepare you as much as possible for your future work at GuideVision so you can focus on  delivering quality solutions. If you do not have experience with the implementation and customization of  the ServiceNow platform, you will go through the adaptation program, which takes about 6 – 8 weeks.   In the adaptation program, you will fulfil assigned tasks/user stories with your mentor (Senior  ServiceNow consultant from GuideVision) that will be assigned to you. The goal is to learn everything  required to implement and customize ServiceNow correctly and successfully. In the end, you go through  an evaluation ceremony, after which you are ready to start to work on a project.

Your ideal professional background should look like:

• Practical experience (at least 2 years) with at least one programming language (e. g. JavaScript, Java, C#,   Python, PHP or Ruby).
• Knowledge of web development (HTML, CSS).
• Motivation for professional growth and expansion of consulting skills.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow platform (advantage not a condition) or other similar applications
• ITIL certification (advantage not a condition)
• Communication and presentation skills
• Fluent communication in the English language
• Experience with SCRUM framework (advantage not a condition)
