• Check on inventory stocks (filling plants, warehouses, depots), stock reconciliation,
• Preparation of stock reports and presentations,
• Support month-end closing process for warehousing area,
• Customer inventory and reconciliation,
• Support budgeting and forecasting process related to inventory management and assets availability,
• Support sales and logistic in right sizing of customers and warehouses inventory,
• Manage and control expenditure for assets repair within agreed annual plan,
• Work closely with plant managers, sales, logistic and accounting teams,
• Recommend actions to improve business processes in the assets management area.

• High school degree or equivalent preferred,
• 1-3 years’ experience in similar position gained in preferably in industrial sector (warehousing, distribution/logistics),
• Experience in inventory management/stock reconciliation (Logistics experience is an advantage)
• Strong excel knowledge and analytical skills,
• Solid planning and organizational skills,
• Good knowledge in English (A2 or B1 level), Proficiency in Hungarian
• Assertive, confident, flexible, precise, responsible, open-minded personality and proactive approach to problem solving,
• Travels within the area up to 10%,
• Driving license B category
