
Supply Chain Supervisor
Supply Chain Supervisor - Székesfehérvár
Responsibilities:
- Develop, evaluate, and maintain relationships with local suppliers (steel, copper, plating, packaging).
- Manage daily supplier communication, order placement, delivery tracking, and quality feedback.
- Assess supplier performance regularly and optimize supplier resources.
- Develop procurement plans based on production schedules and inventory levels.
- Negotiate procurement contracts to ensure fair pricing and timely deliveries.
- Monitor procurement processes and address any issues.
- Manage finished goods inventory, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Oversee stock receiving, dispatching, and inventory audits to ensure security and integrity.
- Analyze stock data and propose optimization strategies to reduce costs.
- Handle export procedures, customs clearance, transportation, and insurance to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Communicate with logistics partners and optimize transportation strategies.
- Manage customer orders, track execution, and address issues promptly.
- Gather customer feedback to support product and service improvements.
- Manage procurement and administration of office supplies, warehouse, and workshop materials.
- Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Relevant educational background in supply chain management, logistics, or manufacturing.
- 5+ years of procurement/supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing.
- Fluent in English.
- Familiar with the Hungarian market, with strong supplier networks and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supply chain management, and cost control.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office.
