
Talent Rotation - Supply Chain Young Talent Program
We are looking for young professionals in Supply Chain/Service Delivery who will be assigned to various Product Delivery teams based on short to mid-term needs, typically for 3-5 months. When not assigned to a specific team, the candidate will participate in Continuous Improvement Projects.
Potential assignments:
In Supply Chain:
Inventory Management: Balancing inventory levels to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
Coordination: Ensuring smooth coordination between different departments and stakeholders.
Forecasting: Accurately predicting demand to maintain optimal inventory levels.
Operational Efficiency: Streamlining processes to maximize revenue and minimize costs.
Demand Planning: Accurately forecasting demand to ensure product availability.
Supply Chain Disruptions: Managing unexpected disruptions in the supply chain.
Cost Management: Balancing cost efficiency with customer satisfaction.
Customer Experience: Ensuring a high level of partner and customer satisfaction.
Communication: Effectively translating sales office needs into actionable supply chain tasks.
End-to-End Monitoring: Overseeing the entire supply chain process to identify and resolve issues.
Process Optimization: Proposing and implementing improvements to enhance supply chain operations
In Service Delivery:
Technical Support Management: Overseeing Technical Support Center operations and outsourced Contact Center performance to enhance customer experience.
Service Process Management: Managing and improving service processes for Channel partners and developing new indirect service processes.
Field Service Oversight: Supervising field service operations in EMEA and supporting the Sourcing Team in selecting new service providers.
Vendor Performance Monitoring: Ensuring vendor performance and contract compliance.
Process Improvement: Continuously identifying and implementing process improvements.
Requirements
4-5 years in a process-driven environment (Supply Chain or After-Market services).
Strong ERP/CRM system affinity. SAP and or D365 knowledge is a plus.
Advanced reporting and Microsoft skills.
Project management experience is a plus.
Adaptable, capable of multitasking.
Strong communication and active listening skills.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and eager to learn, “Can – do – Attitude”.
Customer satisfaction and problem-solving focus.
Knowledge sharing with teams.
