Building up and leading the Procurement Support Competence team

Ensure efficient and effective support of procurement functions

Develop/adjust and implement optimize procurement processes interfaces

Foster a positive and productive team culture cross functional and cross country

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations in procurement and procurement processes Requirements / Elvárások

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field

Proven track in successfully working with international teams

Several years of experience in procurement, ideally in a leadership role

Strong leadership and communication skills

Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred) and MS Office, data base administration

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail

Proactive and solution-oriented approach
