Our partner is looking for a looking for a Team Leader, who will supervise and develop the operational purchasing team.   

Pozíció leírása / Job description

• Supervising, mentoring and developing the operational purchasing team 
• Ensuring all operative purchasing activities are conducted efficiently, in compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Supporting Production Planning for delivery of raw material, semi-finished and finish good 
• Ensuring adequate stock level of raw and auxiliary material  
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
• Implementing best practices to improve operational purchasing efficiency
• Collaborating with Strategic Purchasers, Critical Parts Managers and various departments to understand their operational needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Participation in annual inventory

Elvárások / Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• Several years of experience in operational purchasing
• At least 2 years in a leadership role in procurement field
• Fluent English is a must, German language is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of ERP System Purchasing operation in SAP (other fields is an advantage)
• Ability to analyse data, good knowledge of common MS Office applications 
• Load capacity, flexibility, good problem solving ability
• Working independently and in team, logical way of thinking
• Strong background in operational purchasing, good leadership skills and keen eye for details
