
Team Leader - Operational purchasing
Our partner is looking for a looking for a Team Leader, who will supervise and develop the operational purchasing team.
Supervising, mentoring and developing the operational purchasing team
Ensuring all operative purchasing activities are conducted efficiently, in compliance with company policies and industry standards
Supporting Production Planning for delivery of raw material, semi-finished and finish good
Ensuring adequate stock level of raw and auxiliary material
Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Implementing best practices to improve operational purchasing efficiency
Collaborating with Strategic Purchasers, Critical Parts Managers and various departments to understand their operational needs and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
Participation in annual inventory Elvárások / Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a related field
Several years of experience in operational purchasing
At least 2 years in a leadership role in procurement field
Fluent English is a must, German language is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of ERP System Purchasing operation in SAP (other fields is an advantage)
Ability to analyse data, good knowledge of common MS Office applications
Load capacity, flexibility, good problem solving ability
Working independently and in team, logical way of thinking
Strong background in operational purchasing, good leadership skills and keen eye for details Amit nyújtunk / Benefits
