and distributors, with accordance to the sales strategy to achieve the business plan.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal and external partners.
- Support the process and provide information, as well as suggestions for improvement on
sales forecasting, sales mix, and sales budget.
- Develop new customers, accounts and projects with accordance to the business plan for
the assigned sales area.
- Propose and realize all necessary activities to achieve the sales targets in cooperation with
internal and external partners.
- Collaborate closely with the spec team and KA team in order to ensure that their
specifications are sold successfully.
- Feedback the market information (product/price/channel/projects) to the management
on a regular basis and create corresponding reports if requested.
- Achieve KPI's and targets in the scope defined by the company (e. g. CAC sales, ProPartners
development, KA Development, Spec-in Sale). , - Relevant University Degree or equivalent practical and vocational knowledge and
experience
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in the field
- Experience in Business Development in B2B is beneficial
- Proficient understanding and know how in processes, technologies, products or other
relevant field of expertise
- Effective utilization of recognized planning, analytical or conceptual principles and
techniques
- Understands impact of legislation and law regulations relevant to the business or function
- Very strong communication and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel
- Ability to work under stress, ,
